HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
You can return your order within 14 days from the date you received it.
You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the relevant product code stating the reason for the return within 14 days as of the invoice date.
After this stage, to Yurtiçi Kargo official; Deliver the package and all documents (warranty document, invoice, delivery note, cargo delivery receipt, etc.) together with the package and send it to reach us. At this point, our request from you is to pack the product as robustly as possible and not damaged. After your product is delivered to us, your return will be approved and your money refund process will be initiated.
WHEN AND HOW IS A REFUND?
Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be returned to your credit card within a maximum of 10 days. If you have purchased the product by cash transfer, the refund will be sent to your account number within a maximum of 10 days.

If your invoice is issued on behalf of the Company, you must send your return with a return invoice, without including the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT) of your company.
